The gardens and onsen were exceptional, as was the off site access to the twin terraces 30 min away for a fujiama view.

The surrounds of the accommodation was a bit ordinary.

Chambre superbe. Le jardin est magnifique. Le personnel incroyablement gentil et à l’écoute.

It was beautiful, really conftable, i loved the room with the private onsen and the dinner, you need to get the dinner!

Is far away from mont fuji, but the place was so beautifull and perfect that you really dont care

"Overall friendly staff beautiful facility and amazing food"

Beautiful facility well maintained and peaceful, public bath was huge! The meals were fantastic. Rooms are huge

The table tennis and paddles were old, also the lockers in room is outdated key (wish it was a key pad)
