המקום עצמו פשוט מקסים. הגן מרשים ומלא בצמחייה ודגי קוי צבעוניים. הצוות נחמד והחדר מרווח ומסורתי. האונסן מאובזר וקיים חלק באוויר הפתוח שמעוצב בצורה ״טבעית״ ויפה.

המקלחת בחדר פחות מוצלחת, זרם המים חלש והיה קשה לשלוט על טמפ המים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה לנו קשוחה, היא מאוד יפנית מסורתית ולא בהכרח ערבה לחיך הישראלי.

"Gorgeous and Well Kept Japanese Gardens, Warm Omotenashi & Amazing Dinner"

Impeccably kept Japanese Gardens, perfect for exploration and photography. The Koi and other fish were a joy to observe and feed. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Dinner was beautifully presented and leisurely enjoyed in our room. The flavor profiles, fresh ingredients and cooking style makes it the best ryokan dinner we've had so far! Onsens were open 24/7. The aroma therapy massage was relaxing and rejuvenating! Free shuttle bus to and from the nearest station.

The bathroom in our room had a musty smell. Some of the guests would leave towels and trash in the onsen, which is entirety not the hotel's fault, but it should be cleaned regularly. Sauna closes at 10PM. Breakfast was a few levels down from the dinner the previous night. Lack of amenities such as lounge snacks and free drinks (other than coffee)

高級感があって良かった。 中庭は綺麗でした。 お風呂は２４時間入れるのが最高。 鯉も綺麗でエサやりもできる。
