"Beautiful ryokan and onsen experience"

Beautiful gardens and traditional experience - even more stunning in person than the photos. The private in-room onsen was a splurge but worthwhile. And we were lucky to have a view of Mt Fuji with our breakfast!

For us younger folks, the buildings and service felt quite formal and I didn’t feel fully relaxed - but that’s mostly on me. I only eat a little fish and no mushrooms so I felt guilty about not eating the full set of dinner and breakfast dishes, though the food was beautiful.

"Relaxing and tranquility!"

Beautiful settings with natural stone, cleanliness, serine , and picturesque. Peaceful and calming. Food was authentic, fresh, and tasty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and very thankful. It was not overcrowded and local patrons staying there.

It was perfect for us. I can’t think of how it could improve. Although very few staff spoke English, it gave it more authenticity . We loved the stay there

Everything was so neat and beautiful, the Japanese garden was just like a dream. We booked the room with private onsen and we did tried both public onsen and the private one in our room. And we ending up praising non stop.
