"We loved the location,and it was such a lovely place."

We had good comunication from the owner from the start . so this made it easy.

"Excellent"

It was very easy to collect the keys upon arrival. Good location, great house amenities. Excellent living room and kitchen. Nice neighbors, and a very quiet neighborhood. A bunch of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

There was no support for the accident that happened. I triped and broke a small vase. However, they decided that I would need to pay for it. Still, they have not mentioned anything about it. They do not provide a good support for a prolonged stay like mine (~26 days); I expected better assistance with cleaning and maintaining the house, but I understand that my situation is exceptional. The house also do not have a good table and chair for working.

Cottage was in fabulous location, warn and clean

No lights when we arrived. Problem is apparently ongoing according to the electrician. . Electrician arrived quickly. We were told it would be fixed the following day. It wasn't ever fixed. Foul smell from the enclosed overflowing bins which were full when we got there and never emptied during our stay

"Superb place for our Christmas break"

Excellent location within the York walls in a quiet area. Electric charge point and on site parking. Very comfortable and with a compact but well equipped kitchen area .

Absolutely everything. The property, the location, the parking, the list is endless. A fantastic place to stay in York with a home from home feel to it. Minutes walk away from the centre, yet so, so quiet. An amazing experience. We wouldn't look any further than this property whenever we visit York.

The fact that we had to leave at the end of our stay.

"Alojamiento perfecto para conocer York y sus alrededores."

Destacar la limpieza y la cantidad de menaje. Las toallas y las sábanas son de buena calidad. El árbol de Navidad iluminado fue un detalle precioso. La chimenea y el recinto acristalado nos encantaron. Sin duda es un alojamiento muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado. Muy recomendable.

En cuanto a las camas a mi me gustó mucho el colchón pero a mi acompañante le pareció demasiado blando, creo que depende del peso de la persona.
