The staff were very helpful and friendly The food was very good.

We were not made are of the on going refurbishing works Some of the areas were very dated and do not reflect the pictures showing when booking. The room we booked said a coffee machine and slippers would be included and neither were present We also had to change rooms as the original one was definitely not what we booked. The garden could do with a good tidy up.

There was renovations going on but didn’t bother us

The location was good and the room was very spacious overlooking a tidy garden area that was well kept. The food in the bar was great. Staff were helpful when I had problems with my room tv.

The internet wasn’t strong enough to enable the tv to show anything. It worked on my phone ok.

Je moet hier 50 pond borg betalen per kamer. Dit krijg je volgens de receptie binnen 2 weken terug. Waardeloos en niet respectvol. Je bent immers bekend bij Booking. Personeel in het weekend was ongeïnteresseerd. Kamer was netjes maar van buiten ziet het hotel er niet uit. Al met al geen aanrader.l

Breakfast was the redeeming feature of the stay

Very Poor finish on renovations works Replacement Doors as if from a job lot that didnt fit and surely cannot satisfy FD 30 Fire regulations never mind the lack of privacy with big gaps Lack of lift very disappointing bearing the Radisson name. Saw disabled guest struggling assigned an upstairs bedroom Very poor

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel which we booked as a stop over travelling through Scotland. Room was recently renovated. Lovely decor. Large room with lots of light. Comfortable bed. The areas that have been renovated have been very well done, lounge, reception, our room. Quality of food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good. Great value for money.

Renovation work ongoing on 1st floor strong smell of paint lots of workman around in the afternoon. Wasn't a problem but none of the staff mentioned it.
