Fifth Milestone Annexe

Spacious, comfortable, ample parking and privacy as this is not attached to anything. Just outside of York, took 5 minutes to drive back in for work but was peaceful to come back to. Looks like there would be nice walks close by after work in the summer

Attention to detail with the little basket of goodies. Very clean and decorated lovely! Not too far from the centre which was fantastic!

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness of the unit. The bed was really comfortable. Hosts were friendly and even greeted us as we arrived late on a rainy night around 9pm.

The entrance to the car park situ right outside the unit was difficult to see at night especially when the road outside was a 50mph road (don't remember the actual speed but it was a fast road). Would be nice to have some road signs / board by the entrance. We found it slightly cold during the two nights that we stayed... We had to wait for some time for the heaters to warm us up. Other than this we had a wonderful stay and would definitely be back if we visit York again. Thank you!!!

Such a lovely quiet and quaint location. Beautiful interior. The hosts were incredible and attentive, left a bottle of bubbly for us because I was proposing. Absolutely will be back!

The shower head/pressure could be better

This is a delightful, super cute little place. The location is spot on for York city centre. It was very clean and the decor and layout made it so cosy. Communication from the owner was clear and welcoming. Sweet little private garden outside with BBQ and seating (although not used). Highly recommend P&R to get into the city centre. A brief 7minute drive with no hassle parking and a very reasonable £3.80 each for a return. If you love a bit of fish & Chips then cannot recommend high enough The scrap Box a few minutes drive away.this is an award winning business. York is amazing for sightseeing and shopping. We Cannot wait to return.

It’s not a real negative to the property but on a busy road and quite hard to spot in the dark.

Lovely property, everything we needed

Good location near park and ride to York. Had everything we needed for a short stay and the bed was very comfortable.

Our small dog was worried by the open staircase so couldn’t get upstairs without being carried, The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable for watching tv.

Property was lovely and clean. Was a really cosy stay, not too far from the centre and the designer outlet. Didn’t meet any owners but when i was contacting they was open to help and very friendly.

There is no tv upstairs but not a massive problem for us.

Perfect for a short stay, had everything you needed, tidy, comfortable and clean. Although on the main road traffic noise wasn’t a problem- and I live in the country- slept very well.

If I have to find something stairs to bedroom a bit slippy

I would highly recommended this property, it’s exceptionally clean and has everything you would need.
