Отдыхали в феврале 2026 г. в этом замечательном месте) Все было отлично, хозяин этого дома - Чапал и его семья, очень хорошие люди. Они во всем нам помогали. Завтраки очень вкусные, вид из номера просто потрясающий. Дом находится прямо на берегу океана. В номерах чисто и уютно, есть горячая вода, а также кухонные принадлежности. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, а также магазины и остановка общественного транспорта. У хозяина дома свой тук-тук, по договоренности он вас отвезет куда угодно и за символические деньги. Он с семьей нас даже на ужин приглашал. Однозначно рекомендую данный гостевой дом, мы и сами туда еще вернемся))

​A perfect stay! ​I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mandy House and cannot recommend it highly enough My room was exceptionally clean and featured a very modern, stylish interior. It felt like a peaceful oasis—exactly what I needed to relax. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and very well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a highlight every morning! It was fresh, delicious, and gave me the perfect energy boost for my day.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Mandy House verbracht und waren absolut begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Kommunikation war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.  Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, makellos sauber und bot alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt – vom bequemen Bett bis zur tollen Terrasse mit Blick. Die familiäre Atmosphäre hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, nicht nur Gäste, sondern Freunde zu sein. Die Lage in Habaraduwa Central ist perfekt, um zu entspannen und die Gegend zu erkunden.  Wir können das Mandy House wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Staying at Mandy House was something special. From the start it felt more like visiting relatives than staying in a hotel. The location is incredible - right on the beach with white sand and hardly anyone around. Most days we felt like we had the whole coast to ourselves. Our room had an incredible ocean view, and falling asleep to the waves every night was pure magic. Breakfast each morning was a feast - fresh local dishes, lots of tropical fruit, and genuinely the best coffee we had in Sri Lanka. The owners make it all themselves and you can taste the difference. What really made this place though were the hosts. They genuinely care about their guests and went out of their way to help us - explaining how things work locally, suggesting places to visit, even showing us some hidden spots we'd never have found alone. If you want a peaceful beach getaway with real Sri Lankan hospitality, this is it. Can't recommend it enough and already planning to come back!

хороший гостевой дом !!! комната на втором этаже ,мини кухня ,чайник в номере !с балкона открывается прекрасный вид на океан ! прекрасные хозяева виллы !!! полноценный вкусный завтрак ,который приносили прям на балкон нашего номера ! безлюдный, красивый пляж, на котором есть специальные шезлонги для проживающих в Mandy House! рядом есть магазины,аптека можно купить все необходимое . по соседству симпатичное кафе ,там можно пообедать и поужинать прям на берегу . вода горячая была всегда .

отель находится у дороги ,рядом автобусная станция . наш номер на втором этаже был и одно окно выходило на дорогу,надо понимать, что звуки дороги были слышны .

Host and his wife were amazing! Even decorated the room for a birthday! Property is on the beach and has sun loungers. Situated in the middle of a small town so shops etc are around. Great room and shower bathroom. Big fridge and small kitchen area. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything. Host and his family is amazing and very helpful. Host speaks very good english. Room was just like pictures, very big, clean and fresh. AC works like a dream. Big fridge was so nice! Also room includes little 'kitchen' corner. Bed was comfy. Rooms facilities were great. Breakfast was best what we have had in our whole trip in Sri Lanka so far. Thank you for that! This place has 3 deck chairs on the beach. Like each for every room. You also get beach towels. Clean outside area. Big, beautiful and quiet beach. Sea was very rough so its not suitable for property swimming. Not long tuktuk ride from Unawatuna or Ahangama. So if you're looking for perfect holiday, little bit away from centre rush this is place for you.

Only what that room will need was maybe some mosquito net or put something to between caps in glass door. Also you heard noices from main road, cause its so close to it. But it didint bother us.

View is breathtaking, rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast is fantastic and hosts are very lovely.

We had a wonderful experience at Mandy House in Habaraduwa. The property is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect – close to the beach and other attractions. Also, the beach is really clean and empty, not much other peoples around. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. It was freshly prepared, with a great variety of options, including local flavors. It was the perfect way to start the day! Overall, Mandy House offers exceptional value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking memorable stay in Habaraduwa.
