Casa Arcos Chapultepec

Muy buena ubicación, seguro, facil de acceder, no realizaron limpieza durante la estancia, pero en general la habitación es comoda, tiene aire acondicionado, cumplio con mis expectativas.

Las almohadas no son muy comodas, pero no es punto malo, pero si lo pueden mejorar seria excelente.

Exelente ubicación, muy lindo el lugar y un baño espectacular.

Ample room and great location

The building is a beautifully maintained vintage property with a lovely secluded courtyard entrance. We were on the top floor (elevator is great) and we had a big terrace with furnishings & plants. Apartment was beyond spotless and spacious. Big modern shower with tons of hot water. Very quiet inside once the patio doors were closed. Lulu, who cleans apartments and maintains the courtyard, etc was super friendly and efficient. Communication with owner was great. They quickly resolved a minor problem. AC worked great during a heat wave. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, etc.

For us, the bed and pillows were quite firm (a matter of preference). Also, the WiFi seemed spotty at times. Otherwise no complaints.

The Location was great! Easy walking to many sites. The unit was clean and large enough for us to spread out! We loved the terrace and the garden space. The street noise was expected, but very quiet with windows closed. We did not use the stove since the taco stands were just outside the door!

Small things could have made this better. Pillows were too big, garbage containers too small.

I can't say enough good things about Casa Arcos.Location, cleanliness, staff, safety - it checked out all the boxes. Located half way between two subway stations, not more than 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, street food stores around. Very clean and cozy apartments. A bit noisy with the windows open ( located on a majos avenue), amazingly quiet if you keep it closed.Dont worry, there is AC and the temperature inside is just perfect. Lulu, the caretaker, is just amazing, she helps you with everything you need in terms of cleaning and supplies. The communication with the owner was quick and easy, we got the entry code before we landed in CDMX. Keep in mind that this city is built on a drained lake and it's sinking about 50 cm/ year. and because of this unique feature the building can be a bit shaky but just if a heavy truck passes the street. Nothing to be worried about. Overall, we liked it very much and are looking to return to fabulous Mexico city asap.
