York Minster Apartment

Good value apartment that's not far from town. We used the balcony for a rest and a cup of tea. The bedrooms being either side of the living space is good for privacy at night. Good support and responses from the management team

Nothing it was great. (Red hot day when we stayed so we kept the windows open - earplugs may help light sleepers if you aren't used to hearing a road but it's nothing more than you'd expect)

The location is good and not far from town. I liked the indoor parking. Great in bad weather.

The address sent from booking com was wrong. I had to phone someone to guide me to the correct building. The electric gate wouldn’t open. Another phonecall then a text to the owner to ask him to input my phone number again so it would work properly. . I then had to find a lock box to get the keys for the parking pass which was a waste of time because there was one in the apartment. The apartment keys were easy to find. The whole process stressed out my elderly father and having to tell him it will be ok every few minutes wasn’t ideal. The tvs in the bedrooms didn’t have itv or bbc due to a weak signal. There were blood stains on the sheet and duvet cover.

The apartment was very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

We had slight issues retrieving the apartment key from the lock box as the mechanism was a little stiff to open. Once we overcame this we had no other issues.

入住的过程有一点像密室逃脱需要动一点脑，但是staff秒接电话，非常耐心，一直在电话上帮助我们。

We couldn’t get into the property. I could not access my emails to get all the different codes The host was not answering calls and the other number he left was for a handyman, who couldn’t give us any other information. We left

a back up plan for if the host not available, someone else should have had the details
