The amount of space we had as 2 families.

Location was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable all with en-suite bathrooms. Suited a big family reunion at a good price. The hot tub was a bonus.

Fantastic location to the seafront. Plenty of room for all 9 of us inside and outside with great sized bedrooms. Good facilities with the hot tub cleaned daily, lots of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc which does make a difference.

We had 3 children with us and one which was only 2 years old, the stairs are extremely steep and not suitable for anyone with even a slight mobility concern or unbalanced. The neighbours smoking weed meant we couldn’t sit out on one evening with the kids as it was strong. The property is dated, the kitchen tap was nearly off altogether and all the bathrooms had marks on the walls, dirty coloured sealant etc just from being old I felt rather than dirty. If the house is all painted in white to make it look sleek, then very quickly it will need touching up as every mark on every wall was evident.

Lovely clean and bright property. Great to have all bedroom with en-suite. Good facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Easy key collection / drop off. Very close to beach.

There was 6 of us staying and we ran out of hot water for showers which was a nuisance. Also sadly had very noisy neighbours

Location, owner was very quick to answer our requests. House is very spacious, enclosed garden which dogs loved. Hot tub

Could have done with blackout blinds as it was very light early mornings for the children. Heating in the top two rooms didn't work and windows did not close properly adding to higher noise levels e.g. seagulls, wind. It was a cold weekend so these things were very noticeable. Did not spoil our weekend

Very clean and well equipped. Hot tub excellent and it was serviced everyday, and very safe to use. Great location, very close to beach. A lovely lounge space and table for us to be together. The garden was safe for the dogs and clean for the children. Each room has its own bathroom which was exactly what we needed. Good central heating and airing cupboard for drying wet clothes.

Very steep uncarpeted stairs. A room layout before we went would have been useful. If you have very young children or older people, it would be very hazardous. My balance isn't great so I struggled. We all found it tricky and so did the dogs. Fortunately there is one downstairs bedroom which my mother stayed in but the other 3 rooms are on the first floor and 2 on the top. By the end of our stay we were all struggling with the stairs. Also more information about the TVs and the induction hob. (My mother has a pacemaker so can't use an induction hob.. again it would have been good to know beforehand) We didn't know how to work the smart TVs and if you don't have any accounts with streaming services, you can't use the TVs as they are not pre set with an account. The dishwasher is out of action which didn't matter but we should have been told beforehand and a washing up bowl and sponges would help. The heating was good throughout except we had no window keys so some rooms got very hot and ours had the window locked open, so it was cold. I think this is also a safety concern if there was a fire. There's no cleaning equipment or hoover provided, which with dogs and wet weather, meant the floors got very dirty. Despite these things we had a lovely stay and it wouldn't stop me from booking again, we just needed more information before we arrived!

Dishwasher didn’t seem to be working properly or we had it on the wrong program, had to leave dishes in it as it was still on, sorry!!! Let cliff hotel know

Dishwasher was broken for the duration of our stay (10 people x 3 meals per day = a LOT of washing up). It should be reasonable to expect, for £310 rental cost per night, that everything should be in good working order. Kitchen tap worked but was falling off the sink. White roller blinds in bedrooms do not block out the light.
