Great house for family weekend get-together, all rooms ensuite, hot tub checked daily, well equipped kitchen, large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A couple of mins from the beach, plenty of places to eat and drink.

It's worth noting the stairs are very steep and narrow, so bit tricky for anyone with mobility issues - but big double bedroom downstairs. Also not quite enough comfy seating for 10 adults, only a two seater and a 3 seater with chaise - but loads of dining chairs.

Bright and new, great to have en-suite in every room, loved the big dining table.

Lights and sockets kept shorting out, toasters and dishwasher not working, made washing up a chore with so many of us.

The location was good and the property spacious.

This is the first one star review I have given any property I've stayed in, in all my years of travelling. The hottub was unusuable and filthy, even found broken glass in it. We tried contacting the owner, and we couldn't get through. There is a hotel affiliated with this property around the corner, they wouldn't do anything, nor could get through to the person dealing with it. Called Booking.com customer services, they spent two days trying to contact the owner, someone answered and refused to give Booking.com their name. They then outright refused any form of compensation. We booked this property primarily for the Hottub. Look at my photos. The dishwasher was unuseable broken. The kitchen tap was ridiculously loose. We found broken glass in the garden as well as the hottub, dog poo in the garden!!!! Cobwebs everywhere, mould on the windows, the blinds aren't black out and there are flood lights about, which shine through the windows. Several of the couples had to hang a towel at the window to try and block out the light. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, don't book this place. The stairs are really steep, I struggled to navigate them and my mobilty is fine. Our bedroom door didn't even shut, the latch didn't reach the door frame so a light breeze from someone opening their bedroom up opened our bedroom door. The heating didn't work, it was on constantly and the valves did not work. I had to have the window open and fan on in February, and it was still hot. Water pressure in our bathroom was low. The place looked very clinical in some areas. And if you want peace and quiet, don't both. The neighbours are all holiday rentals with parties going on until the early hours. We left the property a day early because of how bad it was there. The owners attitude is inexcusable. THE MOST SHOCKING THING IS THE LACK OF SUPPORT OR RESPONSIBILITY BY THE OWNER, ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL. TAKES YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

The hot tub was a massive hit with everyone. The spacious rooms and ensuites were a bonus.

The dishwasher wasn't working. Kept coming up with an error code

The neighbours were very loud both nights (different people each night), the electricity trips once the hot tub is on and the heating stopped working. I’ve emailed the company with no reply but unfortunately as most of the reviews say the same thing I doubt it will change. Such a shame for a lovely location

The property is stunning! Rooms are super spacious. We all loved our stay and we would consider going back .

We loved our stay but I think the pots and pans are not suitable for large groups. We struggle to cook for everyone using the small pots. Plenty of plates and cutlery.

Close to beach

Central Heating not working. Electrics kept tripping. Noise from neighbouring properties. No allocated parking. Only sofa seating for 5. No curtains and blinds were thin, so light came thru. I could go on & on .....

Lovely house very clean. Hot tub great. Lovely location near the beach. Nice to have a bathroom for each room.

The neighbours!!! Dont stay here if you are a family or dont like parties next door until 2am! The owner of the property also owns the one next door and the people there were partying from when we arrived at 3pm in the afternoon until 2am in the morning even though the details state no parties or noise after 10pm. I called the owner the following day and was told that they would be contacting the people staying there to ask them to be quiet. The owner had received various complaints throughout the day and night from residents as well as us and at one point we even had to call the police as they were quite aggressive when asked to keep the noise down. We thought maybe we would get a better nights sleep the next night as they had been 'asked' to keep the noise down but at 1am they were in the hot tub making noise again. No information on how to use equipment. Couldn’t just watch normal tv without having to have accounts for ITV X or BBC Iplayer. No normal Freeview. Had 3 instances of fuses going and all power going off. Have since made a complaint to the owner through booking.com but what a surprise they have not responded!! This was not a cheap weekend and definitely wasnt worth the money paid.
