Position was ideal! Very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room and was lovley to sit in the bay window with the sun streaming in enjoying a glass of wine and watching the world go by and the tide coming in and out. So restful. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return. Thankyou Martin for a great stay.

Lounge area that came with the room was a very nice space to relax in. Bed was a good size and very comfortable. Great location and views of Port Issac.

There was no plug for the bath, so could only use the shower. No lighting on stairs to attic room.

Location

Such a charming room , with the most sensational views of Port Issac’s harbour , location is in the heart of the village so everything was very accessible. Warm welcome & a lovely stay .

The view was stunning. Also loved being so close to the centre of the town. So much to see and do in the area (particularly if like me you take your golf clubs). Thank you Martyn!

this property was a highlight of our UK visit. Location perfect. Facilities were great.

Location and view was excellent. Good shower.

The fact it was so expensive the room was tiny and no central heating in the middle of winter. Two oil filled heaters were decrepid and significantly dusty rusty and old. The view was excellant but it would have been nice to have a comfortable seat to enjoy the views. Unfortunately seats were metal and too uncomfortable.

The view was wonderful, and the hosts were so kind! It was perfect for a weekend getaway!
