no breakfast . Beds were comfortable.

The bedding was inadequate- there was a bottom bed sheet only, it was threadbare and didnt seem clean. (my sister found a pubic hair in her bed) No top sheet and the duvet had no removable washable cover, so lord knows how many people slept under it before the whole thing got washed. There was no lounge to sit in, and the very small room had one picnic seat only, no bedside tables or lamps. We had to ring up to get hot water for the bathroom that the owners also seemed to be using.

Very nice friendly property owner who was excellent to deal with.

Toilet was difficult to get into.

Located within walking distance to town. Very quiet and peaceful place. My room was small, but adjacent to a large spacious lounge/dining room, which was comfortable, opening onto a garden deck with seating. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The fridge wasn't cold enough during the heat of the summer. My milk and yoghurt soured in a couple of days.
