Babbling Brook Cottage

10 mins away from Chatsworth House, which was handy. Beautiful countryside just down the road for miles amd miles. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious and just a nice space to be in and relax. The local pub was just over the road.

No hand rail on one set of stairs meant you had to be super-careful. Getting in and out of the parking area was ok once you got used to using the mirror. The road was fairly busy but it didn't bother us particularly.

Super facilities in a gorgeous area.

Wildly charming cottage in a cute town. Large space with modern touches. Nice pub across the street with amenities like a grocery store in walking distance. The accessibility to the Peak District was great; we’d recommend and are already thinking about returning.

The driveway is a bit steep… pro tip: Don’t try to make a sharp turn out onto the street if you have a low-riding car!

Very comfortable and very well presented cottage. High quality fixings with two bathrooms. Had everything at hand in a good location to use as a base .

The only thing was that it is on a very busy A road which is busy with HGV ‘s all through the night .
