The property location is good -

I’ve been coming here for the last months. It is a place close to where I take care some of my needs. But today, I got a room where ants were all over - even on the bed - those things were crawling everywhere not acceptable. I called the emergency contact who saw the text in Spanish and didn’t reply. I called booking.com and they can’t cancel because the policy is that the owner needs ro cancel - is a ducking mess - I have not slept all day and they have a 49 hour policy to fix things which means I can be outside in the street while this shit get fix. That is not a good thing because by doing this. You are not been responsible for me - you’ve taken At first I wanted another room but now not sleeping . Not getting a good night sleep and itching all over - I just want to get out of here - they didn’t respond briefly.

La ubicación es muy céntrica Pero la falto la información de que es segundo nivel o tercer nivel

El baño estaba desconectado La tina es de cemento sin terminar el afinado No había servicio de televisión No había información sobre acceso a niveles superiores

La ubicación era excelente, muy cómoda, el lugar estaba limpio y muy bonito, la cama de buena calidad, las toallas y sabanas limpias, hubo una buena comunicación y en general, me sentí super bien. Definitivamente volvería!

No me gustó que nada más hubiera un espejo (el del baño), considero que les hace falta mínimo uno más en la habitación. Pero fuera de eso, me sentí bastante cómoda.

What did i not like everything. From the beginning the person who answered the ring call was rude she did not want to help she first started by telling me why did i call her that everything is done through the app. This was my first place from a bunch of other places i stayed at before without a front desk. I understand if it was booked through Airbnb but it wasn't. She stated that she emailed me instructions how to go about it which she didn't then she replied oh let me send it again yeah sure let me send it again.. horrible experience from day one.

Part 2.. Not once did they come in to clean the room for the 7days i was there. I was almost out of toilet paper until I seen a gentleman there who was in the storage room and i asked him for toilet paper. The next day i seen him again and asked him to change my towels which he did but one of the ones he exchanged had makeup on. Instead of telling me I'm sorry I'll exchanged that for you, he replied with that's strange trying to blame me that i did that on purpose i even showed him the make-up my niece uses and it's shade was totally different my niece's was a light color and the towel was a dark color.. He then proceeded to say you can't exchange towels everyday. Even the dirtiest hotels exchange towels everyday. By the 5th i had to buy toilet paper myself. The location is nice but the the place itself the restroom smelled humid the bathtub they had it made which is way too high to get in and out of the tub its actually not safe for a child or older person. They stay was very disappointing. Would i stay here again if i was comp no not at all.. i would rather stay at motel 6 where there's always toilet paper and clean towels.. i did send a message through the app for toilet and they didn't reply until a day later..

It’s a nice and quiet place.

There was no power outlet near the bed, and the shower pressure was weak

I love the locations . Found the room and bath room very clean.

The response via the app was very limited. I had asked a couple questions which have never gotten an answer. The floor in apt 21 by the bed feels like the wood floor has an issue. The bath tun was pure cement , not cover in tile or painted. The TV remote gives trouble and volume down does not seem to work. The step automatic lights , someone keeps turning them.off. couple time had to come up in dark .
