The only good thins about this property for us was the location. Nothing else.

This property was so dirty that no normal person would be willing to stay there for a second. Beside when we booked it , there was no mentioning that we'll have to share a bathroom with 2 more rooms, same for the kitchen. We stayed on that property because we had no choice of moving to any other location. All hotels were booked for the Inauguration day.

Despite its centrality, it remains pleasantly unaffected by heavy traffic noise. The apartment is well-organized, with a clean and well-maintained kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The staff is responsive and supportive, readily available to for any enquiry via booking.com messages/email/calls, offering excellent service from booking through checkout. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, providing peace of mind and a friendly atmosphere. Overall, this property is highly recommended for anyone visiting Washington, DC

Absolutely nothing.

- The host is really nice. - The location is really good. - It is surrounded by good restaurants. - It is good value for money.

- It is clean but it doesn't look like that, to be fair, it is value for money. - The neighborhood is a bit shady, it feels unsecure but nothing is wrong in the end.

The place is most conveniently located.

I didn't end up staying at the Rooming House as the check-in information provided by the property was incorrect and I walked in on someone in the room # they had included in their most recent message on the app. No one answered at the number provided and I did not feel like waiting in the small kitchen indefinitely, so I ended up just booking another place since I only had a few hours to explore DC. In the end, they did end up responding within an hour of my arrival, but unfortunately I had already left. It turned out they had mistakenly sent me a message with the wrong room number that was meant to go to a different guest. I would also suggest ensuring a very accurate ETA (or ensure your estimated time is on the earlier side not the later side). I arrived at 18h30, but based on the reply from the property that finally sent me the correct (unoccupied) room number they seemed to think it was fine since they responded with the correct check-in information within the 19h-80h window that I put down as my estimated check-in time, and were not willing to refund the booking even though this information came after I had already left.

The host was very friendly and the instructions to check in and out were well written. Lacking house rules, though.

The sheets were never changed (stay:6 days), and in general the apartment and the entrance was not very clean.
