Boschendal Farm Estate

This was our second time staying at Boschendal, and we really hope it won’t be the last! From the moment we arrived, we felt so well looked after and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and dedicated, and they’re what really make Boschendal such a special place. The estate itself is absolutely beautiful and feels like a little piece of heaven. We’re so grateful to everyone who looked after us during our six-day stay. A special thank you to Derick for all the shuttle lifts, Llewellyn for his great advice on Cape Town, and Leonay for such a warm and easy check-in. The food and overall experience were just as amazing. The breakfasts were incredible every morning, and we loved eating at the Deli and Arum, both were fantastic. The wine tastings were such a highlight, and the farm shop is a lovely little place to wander around. We really can’t recommend Boschendal enough, it’s such a special place to stay!

The only small suggestion would be to have a communal tip jar at reception, just so it’s easier to show appreciation to all the staff.

Die Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants waren sehr nett. Der Ort ist schön grün und gepflegt.

Es ist alles ziemlich lieblos, an der Rezeption waren die Damen sehr unhöflich, alles ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, nicht so gut, wenn man den Wein probieren will. Wenn man noch nicht dort war, findet man sich schwer zurecht. Beim Picknick wäre weniger mehr gewesen. Die Betten waren so wackelig, wenn mein Mann sich gedreht hat, wurde ich durchgeschüttelt.

Die Häuser waren super schön, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und auf beiden Seite eine Terrasse.
