Victorian Police Station Apartment

Breakfast good selection of cereals and porridge with croisants and tea and coffee. fridge with milk butter and jam. Quirky sleeping in what where cells of a police station with the original doors on.

Driveway a little narrow for the first time but parking was good and safe.

Very quirky and historically fascinating . Comfortable and well appointed. Our host was very welcoming.

Ziggy greeted us on arrival very friendly & helpful. Accommodation very good, central to Launceston which is what we needed. Quiet due to very thick walls. Parking very good. Unique staying in police cells but will definitely stay there again.

Everything was fine

Very interesting property being in an old police cell. Host Ziggy was very helpful both on arrival and offering information on where to eat and drink in town.

Bedroom could do with some hanging space.

We met Emma in the parking area where she walked us to the property and showed us around. The quirky nature of staying in the cells was very appealing. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with every possible breakfast need. The property is located a few minutes walk from pubs, eateries and shops and Launceston Castle ruins. Emma and Ziggy’s attention to detail is evident throughout, touches such as fresh flowers in the room and through the property were lovely and appreciated.

quirky old police station, one is the cell bedroom,nice kitchen and shower room Ziggy and his family were more than welcoming nothing was to much trouble, perfectly placed for a walk into town and for the castle. Will definitely be returning

The actual accommodation was brilliant I had my own little annex sort of thing. Bedroom was great and very cosy. The bathroom and kitchen were great, good pressure on the shower and lots of options for breakfast. Outside of my little space, it was a very homely vibe and the owners are really lovely, interesting people. Having spent a lot of time over the past years travelling for work to hotels (and not enjoying the experience) this was absolutely perfect.

No complaints really at all. Read the description of how to find the property because it’s easy to find if you pay attention, which I didn’t 😂
