It was good value for money, the staff were very friendly and the meals tasty. I had a good time. I didn't really expect alot to be honest as the cost was so reasonable. The lake cruise was lovely and the trip on the canals by smaller boat was interesting.

I was disappointed that the cruise was only in the afternoon and not overnight - the marketing material should really make this clear. I was not the only one who felt misled.

Staying on the boat was super clean, chill, and one of the best times ever!

Weather and AC timing... Better to go with more premium as deluxe stay will have limited time ac access

Warm welcome from all staff. Looked after us really well. Such a peaceful way to spend 24 hours. Would highly recommend. Made some new friends 🧡 Captain was a lovely man and let us take a turn are sailing. Thank you everyone.

It’s great for a day trip, especially if you want to spend some relaxed time in the company of other people. Food was excellent and the staff were helpful. The trip was being managed by a young lady who was kind and good at her job.

We wish the houseboat ride lasted for longer. Docking it at 5.30pm kind of defeats the point of a houseboat ride. We would have stayed the night had it been parked at a scenic location or had it been parked a couple hours later.

Nice, one in lifetime experience spending night on the boat. The food was delicious and rooms were clean. The AC was working very good.

This boat was open for the public for the day cruise, which I didn't know it works like that. So if you are looking for the privacy, then invest in the private cruise.

The journey through the river was relaxing.

We stayed on this boat and it was very unhygienic and dirty. Our bedsheets and covers were full of stains and everywhere was so dirty, we did our own deep clean (as shown in the photos). We would not recommend this experience to anyone. We ended up leaving early and not staying another night. It would have been better to just do the afternoon boat tour. Staff were polite and friendly but when we complained about the service and experience we received, management staff were aggressive and rude on the phone. They would not let us leave the boat until full payment was made so this was very disappointing.
