Caravan is very large and housed 6 adults comfortably. Kitchen and seating area is also very spacious for a large group or family. Caravan was super clean on arrival. Only stayed one night but will definitely stay longer next time. The Caravan site has plenty of things to do on site and also has a co-op which is very convenient.

It took us a short while to find our way to the specific area of the site where the caravan is but no fault to the owner. The site is poorly signposted to the specific area

We booked this caravan via Booking.com with a listed checkout time of 10AM-12PM. However, we were pressured to leave before 10 AM and warned of a late checkout fee, despite leaving well before 10:45AM. An hour or two after departure, we received a call claiming we had broken the dining area couch. We barely used that area during our stay, and no pre‑check or inventory was provided to confirm the condition of the furniture before we arrived. The “before” and “after” photos shown to us had no date or time stamps, making it unclear when they were taken. The only alleged damage was to a hidden support plank under the couch, which wasn’t noticeable in use, but he is charging us £100 and to be paid with immediate effect for that. We were also accused of losing or breaking two tea plates, though we only ever saw two during our stay. Again, there was no solid evidence to support this claim beyond the owner’s word. That said, the actual holiday destination was fantastic; plenty of arcade games to keep the kids entertained, plus a brilliant water park featuring an indoor pool, lazy river with jacuzzi, and an exciting water slide. The on‑site diner served tasty food alongside lively, kid‑friendly stage performances that made the evenings just as enjoyable as the days. Overall, while the site itself was excellent for families, the lack of transparency, unsupported claims, and early checkout pressure from the caravan owner made the accommodation experience frustrating.

Very spacious, well appointed with everything we could need. The massive decking and grassed areas were hits with the kids.

Due to being partly shaded by trees there was a dank, musty smell. Double bed uncomfortable.

Very spacious and was equip with all what we needed. Lovely AC to keep us all cool. Location was great, near the entertainment centre and the main entrance.

Everything was amazing! It was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend away.
