"Disappointed, due to the air fresheners."

Modern. Clean ish on first look but once you’ve been there a while you start to notice things!

No caravan number - so took us a while to figure out which one was 36! The property had many plug in air fresheners! (Every room) Which was too much. Can only think these are there to mask a mould smell. We were only there 1 night but two family members didn’t sleep due to these over powering air fresheners. Which was a shame. We unplugged them all but the intense smell is just in the caravan. Nice caravan but does need a bit of TLC - not Elite! Hole in bathroom floor. Outside furniture was very damaged and cushions needed a storage box instead of just left to get wet! The attached photo with an early review is pretty accurate.

We stayed as a family over the August bank Holiday weekend, and we had a wonderful break! The location is nice and quiet, and only a small walk to where the entertainment is. The beds were comfy and my husband, who is 6 foot 3, had no problem fitting into them. We would recommend staying here and are already planning our return mini break. Communication is also excellent with the owner.

There was no WiFi in the property, but this did not bother us as we were having family time without any electronics.

The accommodation was perfectly clean, tidy, and in a quiet part of the park. We had a bit of an issue when we arrived due to the previous occupants trashing the accommodation and pinching things from the caravan but the owner was more than apologetic and went and bought new towels, vac, glasses etc what had been stolen and even bought us 6 big bars of chocolate, coffee, drinking chocolate which we thought was such a kind gesture.. We were also given a later check out to compensate for the issue of what occurred. We will definitely be booking again and 100% recommend the accommodation.
