In a good location in the site, it’s quiet and well situated for children to play.

The property is called Elite Retreat however, there’s nothing elite about it. The owner claims in the write up it’s recently refurbed, this is not true we were utterly appalled at the shabby accommodation. *The bathroom floor has collapsed and the only thing stopping anyone going through the floor was the Lino! *Blinds in bathrooms damaged and won’t open and close *No WiFi as advertised. *3 of the bedroom TV’s did not work. *Mould on curtains. * One of the children’s bedroom windows were seized and wouldn’t open. *Outside dining furniture was dangerous and not usable. *Outside sofa covers missing despite asking for them and told they’d be on the furniture. *Accommodation smells of mould and damp despite the fact that plug-in’s placed everywhere by owner. *Mirrors in bathrooms damaged *Couches stained and grubby *No kitchen knives and only basic other utensils. *None of the lamps had lightbulbs. On entering the property it I queried the outside furniture covers, he said that they would be put on before our return. We were given a 2pm check in which I have proof of, owner had only just got there and in the middle of the turnaround, so, we were asked to come back later. Before we left he said that he would rectify 2 pillows and glasses missing. Owner called at 4.30pm to say it was ready and that he would go and get items replaced that he claimed were stolen by previous guests. When we returned he’d left, he then text to say that he would prefer to replace the missing items for the next people rather than come back. I agreed as we were trying to have quality time with the grandchildren and didn’t want have to return as we’d gone out. We started to discover the other issues the next day and subsequent days.

Had a great weekend stay here! We were delighted with the accommodation… had everything we needed and in a perfect location in a quiet area of the park.

Property was stunning inside and out. It has plenty space for a big family.

When we arrived we realised there was only 1 car park space and we had 3 cars but the complex is a 2 minute drive to park and 5 minute walk back.

Very high standard, in a very nice quiet part of the park, nice large raised decking area outside which was also very nice, we travelled as 8 and usually its cramped, but theres 4 rooms and we all slept really well
