"Would not recommend this property to stay."

Our check in was at 12pm and they didn’t allow us to check in until 2:30pm, while we were told to wait in the Starbucks round the corner. Misleading and incorrect information on booking.com said the Starbucks is downstairs. Cleanliness of the rooms are inadequate eg. window sills were still dusty and had dead flies on them. The oven had dirty dishes inside. Also on 3 of the nights we stayed there the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and also early hours of the morning and when we went out of the building nobody else had left their rooms. Value for money is terrible.

"It was fine for what we needed it for."

Location of the property was fantastic. Really easy to get into the city centre.

Lack of things like glasses etc in the kitchen. Bathroom could do with updating as it was a bit worn.

Calum was super helpful and ensured we were checked in and addressed any questions. On time and helpful.

What'sapp message in advance to access room number and key along with code. However, Calum appeared and resolved this. We didn't need a lift, but just be aware when booking we were fourth floor with no access to lift.

"Don’t stay here."

It was clean but that’s about it.

It’s not what we booked over a year ago. Disorganised when we arrived, no codes given to access the building. Given 3 different apt. Numbers before we got one and it wasn’t what was booked. I had booked one double bed and 3 single beds and we got an apt with 2 double beds. Contacted the owner who said there wasn’t anything he could do until the next night. No offer on extra beds or covers for the sofa. Also no toilet roll or anything like that despite being advertised with all that.

"Hell hole wont be back"

Place was ridiculous ! Communication from the owner was shocking , had to phone multiple times just to ask about check in information , on arrival we could not get a hold the owner and after standing for half an hour by luck his son was coming out the building and asked what apartment we where , I was told apartment 28 but for some reason we got put in room 37 and it was an absolute shambles , broken couch broken lamp dirty walls filthy bath and shower and over all absolutely nothing like the pictures , I would never book to go here again , also after we left my friend noticed she had left her jacket in the wardrobe and asked for them to post it to get and she would pay for everything , she was told that was fine but 2 months later and still no sign of the jacket , please AVOID at all costs the place it's absolutely disgusting !!

2 full flights of stairs & convoluted way to gain access to the apt Inadequate security Bad Smell in hallways & wet Hallways not clean; flooring in bad shape No dish towel or dish detergent Washer but no dryer Oven doesn’t work

"Passable for 1night."

It was central. It was ok for a short stay.

The worst thing was lack of communication and wrong information about the apartment. The checking in/out times are wrong on booking. I asked and requested earlier check in. Check out was stated as 12pm so was shocked when cleanser arrived at 10am. She was nice though and went to clean a different property in the meantime. Was very concerned after previous reviews of the booking would go ahead and we would be stuck. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was empty lens containers in bedroom and dirty towel at side of sofa and used toilet paper on floor behind toilet. It was a little difficult to find specific flat. Couldn’t get wifi to work. Good facilities in kitchen. Although not enough toilet roll and glad we were not in property that long. The property owner/manager needs to ensure he has accurate information n booking and also respond to customer queries.
