Not alot, suppose the location was ok

Communication about how to get into the property was poor, had to wait an hour just to be told how to get in! Flat was really noisy, Sofa was broken, there was a constant noise of running water from the bath plug. The bathroom floor tiles were all cracked. And on our last day, the fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning!

Received a message from the property while sitting in the airport in Belfast waiting to board our flight on New Years Eve to advise that our accommodation, booked in October, had been cancelled. This was 3 hours before we were due to check-in. Absolute disgrace !!! No mention of a refund in email from property despite booking being prepaid. Still waiting on my message being responded to and payment refunded.

Excellent location, excellent facilities on offer in property.

Front door not secure to building, front door to apartment fine though. generally the exterior of property could do with a clean up and freshen paint etc. inside apartment could just do with some minor attention.

Can be noisy outside with revellers on weekends

The apartment itself was lovely and in a great location.

Check in was not very straight forward. Only two mugs for four people. Landing smelled of weed,

Clean , great sleep , very quiet , location spot on for all bars and restraunts

Good sized apartment with good location, 10 minutes to centre and to docks. Comfortable beds.

Inside of the building is shabby and unclean. The apartment was not dirty, but needs a facelift. There were broken tiles in the bathroom which nicked my husband’s foot. Geoff the property contact was no help at all, I contacted him as one of the radiators was not working and have left 4 days later with no response.
