They cancelled on me on the day of the trip

Big scam

The host is awful, they provide no info on how to enter the property or check in, when you attempt to contact them they do not answer. I was advised that I could check in approx an hour after the call. Waited 3 hours and was got no response and the host would not answer. The heating doesn’t work, the electric ran out the next morning at 9am. I also had the displeasure of dealing with this host when booking another apartment. The host uses multiple profiles … but they are all linked to one contact - Geoff. The second property I can not even review on booking.com as it was cancelled on the day of check in two hours before check in after I had already travelled to the destination. I then spent the entire day on the phone to booking.com trying to get a refund which was even more difficult as the host would not answer booking.com! To be honest I’m not sure how they are not banned from the app! Also the common area smells of urine and is not maintained. I genuinely do not have a positive for this apartment or anything hosted by Geoff

Good location and nice apartment

Had to wait for a key as the key didn’t fit the door and the pressure on the shower was terrible dirty shower curtain

We arrived at the property after travelling for 6 hours from Devon. Apon our arrival and when trying to access the property we were informed that our stay had been cancelled. I tried to call the landlord several times but nobody every answered. It's a week on and I'm yet to receive my refund despite being told 3 business days. Do not book and stay away from this fraudulent business.

• Heaters wouldnt work that well • The water in the shower kept going warm to cold to warm to cold every few seconds

The shower wasn’t good the power of the water supply was not good at all
