The location was excellent as we were attending a party over the road in One Fine Day

It felt a little small and the water pressure was rubbish

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. The flat was modern, spacious and very clean.

No clear instructions on how to access flat and key collection. The flat was very hot with no opening windows. No instructions on how to use oven or heating or how to get hot water. We had cold showers! Some basic equipment missing eg wine glasses, cooking utensils, toilet brush. Pillows, & bedding of very poor quality. Communication with host dire. Everything was sent last minute and he did not address our questions directly.

We didn't end up staying here as the owner contacted me less than an hour before check in to tell me he had cancelled our booking. We were visiting Liverpool for the Labour Conference. This meant that every hotel, b&b, apartment etc was booked up. We managed to find one which was £1000 more expensive. Not ideal. The owner - Geoff Lloyd - has been actively avoiding contacting us. We have called, texted, emailed contacted through booking.com, every possible means available to get my refund. This is completely unacceptable. We will be taking him to court for our full refund and the extra we had to pay for the last minute booking, as well as reporting him to trading standards if this is not resolved.

the host was rude apartment wasn’t ready until 6pm and we was meant the check in at 2pm so wasted our whole day waiting out side he wouldn’t answer the phone then tried to cancel our booking! also gave us the wrong apparent and didn’t have the front to tell us his self so made the cleaners do it

Good locations, nice building

First the wash machine doesn’t work The owner say all week it’s come fix it but didn’t appear No knife the glass of sower broke, almost”kill me” (It’s fall on me)

Location was perfect. Apartment was spotless and spacious would definitely stay again.

Our oven didn’t work from day one , reported it several times nothing was done , considering we were there for a month , pretty poor The sofa was broken , so uncomfortable So noisy fine maybe at a week end but not when your their for work Really smoky tobacco/ weed No lift we were put on the 4th floor, even thou I requested a ground floor , stairs are a killer with suitcases . Outside / communal areas are filthy, the code on the door didn’t work , had to step over homeless people who had gained entry on more than one occasion.

Big spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Good kitchen equipment. Washing machine and dryer. Easy self-check in and out.
