I think it will be good to tell us that we must get your own dish washing soap and toilet paper because the lady do not come daily as it was said on the app.

It seems like there was a miscommunication or oversight with the security team, leading to a delay in our arrival process. The fact that your information wasn't provided to the security personnel beforehand caused them to have to make calls to verify your identity and purpose, which likely added to the frustration.

It seems like the accommodation fell short of expectations in terms of cleaning and amenities. The promised light cleaning wasn't done, and the lack of towel changes and limited towel provision added to the discomfort. The absence of a washer and dryer meant that linen couldn't be properly cleaned, which likely caused inconvenience. 1 towel per person for four days is unneceptable.

I only liked the location of the property

The apartment looked old and the bathrooms had a bad smell, the shower is extremely small. There's no house keeping, there's no blow dryer. No plug points in the room. No mirror in the room

Check in horrible. No communication from host upon arrival still busy cleaning @ 3:30pm who does that. Tap water was brown and bathroom had a foul smell throughout stay rather book @ Lagoon beach hotel next door much better. Overall horrible place to stay for the amount of money we paid could've gotten something much better. Apartment was never cleaned on the 4th day and no clean towels were given. Towels are also old and worked out. No value for money at all

Liked the layout of the apartment and its proximity to the beach. Loved the pool.

Tap water was brown-orange throughout the stay. Pillows - very bad quality.

The location was amazing

The check-in process was horrible i stood in the cold when it was extremely windy because i couldn't be let in minus paying a security deposit even after paying the full rate. The check staff were very hostile and unhelpful through the whole process
