The decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was spot on. Everything you needed was catered for. It was like home from home. Very stylish home and furniture. Lovely blackout curtains for a very peaceful night. It has the best location to get to everywhere in North Devon.

Location was fantastic for us as we were visiting someone for there birthday and they lived very close the place looks pretty plenty of space decent garden the open plan which i love makes it so you don't feel inclosed in the extra toilet downstairs was a great addition facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer made it great for us to wash clothes we used so helps for when we get back home ) the fact we could contact a property manager with any issue and was delt with in the best way they could was a big bonus (very quick responce) the location is quiet and peacefull had no issues atall we were also lucky to get a space for the entire time of our stay. the garden was backed up onto a beautiful river which i find very peaceful to look at the garden also had a lovley view up high where a few houses are on a big hill in the distence the shower was great the first evening of the stay loads of room big shower end and easy to clear down teh water marks after use with the squigy provided

Theres places that could use more attention my place isnt imaculate either but thats what we deal with on our own not if you have guests paying to stay. i wake up early around 6am and there was zero hot water for a shower the sofas have no life in them and when me and my wife sat on it it flexed in the middle the cushions got flat quick and was general really uncomfortable the kitchen table although i get you would want to protect the suface made it feel horrible to sit at when chatting and eating food the mattress's for 3 out of the 4 of us was so uncomfortable made it difficult to sleep i got lucky with the parking so i cannot complain about that but it stayed busy the whole weekend and i wouldnt have liked parking my car away from the house all weekend i would have like window keys to be provided to lock the room where my son stayed in as he is autistic and dosnt understand consiquences (typical asd traits) so he kept opening the window which made it super easy for him to be able to climb out if he so had wanted which made us constantly look when he went to the room to play his toys. the internet was a big deal for a family like mine we use it for everything and when i did a basic but very accurate test on the speed it was 4mbps which is so low we could only watch one thing at a time on different devices

Parking isn’t great but we always found a spot close by.
