Tidy and Well Managed

Restaurant could’ve been put up a bit more stylish.

The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. Farah (Head massage) was excellent. The location was convenient for both Kims Health and the airport.

It took me a while to think what this building felt like, and on being woken by 'canned' supermarket music starting at 7am which I could hear through the door, that was it. The building is designed like an American shopping mall, including the inane music. The sound proofing is poor, so I could hear the noise of the dining room all of the time, any room maintenance going on, which was a lot, people chatting outside etc. I have not experienced this. My room did not smell fresh, and on waking on my first morning I realised the smell was of old cigarette smoke, so clearly it used to be a smoking room :( My room key proved faulty, lights suddenly coming on in the night waking me up. My kettle need replaced. Last but not least, I am sorry but nowhere else in Indian (over five weeks) had I been charged IRU 1985 (=£15) for an evening buffet meal. Let alone that I had informed the waitress that I could not eat much for reasons in my mouth, and in fact ate very little, and this includes higher star hotels than this one. I went out the second night and ate a lovely full meal at Paragon in the Lulu Mall down the road all in for IRU 420. This is not a reasonable charge.
