Lucia Maison

Lucia maison è una ottima soluzione per poter trascorrere un fantastico fine settimana a Forio. La struttura è centrale e ben collegata con servizi di bus alle altre zone dell'isola. L'accoglienza è stata ottima l'host era sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità. La consiglio assolutamente.

L'autobus ferma fuori di casa. La cucina era super equipaggiata e il cortile interno permetteva di fare colazione e cena fuori.

The host was exceptionally nice, gave us great recommendations and even brought us a few local treats during our stay. The apartment was in an easily accessible location with (a limited) view of the ocean and a nice little outside are to relax. All the facilities were present and worked as expected. Whenever we needed anything the host was quick to respond and take care of everything.

The only things that could use improvement were the flimsy key ring on the apartment key that made me afraid I might lose it and the table at the outside area was quite wobbly, which made things like cutting a pizza quite an adventure.

Una bellissima vacanza a Ischia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo presso Maurizio, una persona squisita e molto disponibile.

Maurizio made us feel at home from the very first moment and proved to be an exceptional host throughout our stay. He went out of his way to welcome us, answered every question with patience and kindness, and made everything incredibly easy and pleasant. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable and in a great location.

Very peaceful. The view and location were perfecto! Close to beautiful beaches , hot springs,and lovely restaurants .

Everything was perfect! Would not change a thing.

The location is very good because it is in a quiet, peaceful area and is close to Poseidon thermal spa as well as nice restaurants. It is a very comfortable place to stay for a while. It has a small kitchen that is in a separate room and is very useful. The place is decorated nicely and very clean. But better than everything I mentioned is the host Maurizio. After staying in many different places that have wonderful hosts, Maurizio tops them all. He is so warm and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make you feel special while visiting. My wife and I have never run across someone so hospitable! Gracias Maurizio!

Great location, close to two beaches, bus stop in front of the house. Maurizio is the most friendly and hearty host I ever met.

All noise can be heard from the the apartments of the house.
