A special thanks goes to Abderrahman, who provided outstanding assistance during our stay. We were traveling with a large number of suitcases, and he went above and beyond to help us carry and move our luggage. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. Another great advantage is the location. The property is situated in the heart of the old medina, making it easy to explore the historic area on foot and conveniently access the main attractions, shops, and restaurants within the old city.

the rooms is accessed via a steep staircase. This may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations, those with disabilities, or travelers carrying heavy luggage. While the location has its charm.

La amabilidad de Abderrahman, el joven conserje. Estuvo pendiente de nosotras en todo momento haciendo nuestra estancia muy agradable y cómoda. Sus recomendaciones en cuanto a restaurantes y lugares que visitar fueron excelentes. Sin duda él genera la diferencia.

Como se trata de u hotel tipo riad, hay que estar preparado a subir escaleras. Por las maletas no hay problema porque las sube el conserje, aunque en nuestro caso no lo necesitamos.

L'acceuil est très excellent, personnel très aimable au petit soin et donne de très bonne adresse à Tanger.

Очень красиво дом наполненный винтажными предметами. Красивые номера. Вкусный завтрак, вежливый персонал.

Починить крышку от унитаза, она все время вылетала, хлопковое постельное белье больше подошло бы такому номеру.

Bella la terrazza, ottima la posizione. Bello l'arredo.

Purtroppo la struttura presenta un problema grave di umidità nei muri e negli arredi quindi sin da quando si entra c'è un forte odore di muffa. L'armadio non si può usare per l'odore. la terrazza e gli arredi sono belli. Alcuni dipendenti non parlano nessuna lingua e capiscono poco quindi se si chiede qualcosa spesso non si hanno risposte. Abbiamo chiesto dell'acqua calda per fare una tisana per dormire l'acqua non è mai arrivata. La porta non si chiudeva all'interno abbiamo dovuto mettere un tavolino davanti alla porta. Le persone sono dolci e gentili ma il servizio non è all'altezza del costo.

Wonderful friendly staff, perfect location with three amazing restaurants/bars on your doorstep. Lovely breakfast served on the rooftop overlooking the whole of Tangier.

The smell of damp. I understand Tangier suffered a lot of rainfall this past winter but damp issues in this old building seriously need to be correctly repaired.

It’s a beautiful house in the middle of Tanger’s Kasbah. It’s nicely decorated and has a great rooftop terrace.

The owner wasn’t responsive (he manages communication with guests via Booking.com). We came by car and I reached out asking whether there was parking close by. I never received a response apart from - “no parking”. Even when asking a different question, I never received a response. Not great.
