We had an amazing time at Otters Kloof. The staff was really impressive and the food was top quality. The drive around the farm was also enjoyable. Enjoyed the game viewing.

"Probably won’t be going there again…"

Nice bed

The plumbing is bad, the dinner over priced, staff although friendly have little finesse, drinking water had to be fetched, skipped breakfast because of price, receptionist unprofessional, kitchen staff also served up the food wearing their hygiene hair nets, do lights have to be on all night, very little information about the place in the file, not being warned about needing a 4x4 to get there specially if it had rained!

friendly staff and a warm welcome. rooms are spacious and comfortable.

we didn’t have hot water at all when we showered. some of the fittings are looking tired and in need of an upgrade.
