Snow Horizon

We had a studio and had our own kitchen our hosts Oliver and Reika were so very attentive and caring , they really made our stay so special The apartment was immaculate and warm comfortable and inviting. Fabulous location and Oliver knows the great spots in Hakuba, and will gladly share all his insights and wisdom of the area with his guests. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about traveling and staying in this area, consider Snow Horizons. We will definitely visit again.

It was perfect can not think of a thing to change

Literally insane place, insane host I felt like I was at home and I felt so safe, so calm the best place I have ever stayed.

I loved everything

The landlord has decorated the room with great taste, and the electrical appliances are of excellent quality—we spent three very warm and comfortable days here. Though there’s no on-site staff, the room comes with clear usage guidelines that are easy to follow. We communicated with the landlord via WhatsApp, and their responses were prompt. We hope to come back with more friends next summer.

Nothing. Only a kind reminder to others，the high-placed windows let in plenty of natural light—we recommend light sleepers bring an eye mask.

Everything is perfect! All the facilities in the kitchen , living room, bathroom are top quality. If you have a car and plan to visit Hakuba for at least 3 days, I strongly recommend this place.

ゴンドラ駅や白馬東急に近く、また、心地好い木立に囲まれたロケーションは非常に良かった。 滞在型にはこう環境と設備が用意されていた。 室内の解放感もとても気に入った。

スタッフが不在であったことは様々な点で不安を感じた。タオルの予備が何処にあるかわからなかった。 室内照明に工夫があれば夜間快適に読書が出来るものと思った。 洗面のシンクがあまりに小さいので洗顔にも支障があった。 鏡が小さすぎて全身を見ることは全くできない。 レースカーテンがあれば採光や外からの視線をコントロールできるのではないか。

Amazing service from our host Reika - she provided us with suggestions on itinerary and food, which helped us greatly as we had to tweak our plans when we found out the gondolas were under maintenance. The apartment is very clean and cosy yet spacious with its high ceiling. The electrical appliances (microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) made our stay a comfortable one.

It is an uphill walk if you don’t drive.

If hosts could get awards, Oliver would be up for an Oscar. He is hands down the host of the century. He will stop at nothing to make sure this is the best trip possible. He has a way of making you smile or cheering you up in any situation, which will have you feeling he is part of your family by the end of the trip. The property is exceptional, very clean and every amenity you can ask for. This is an experience of a lifetime and one that we will definitely be back for again!

Beautiful space, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully outfitted with everything one might need. Olivier was an exceptional host and his efforts and attention far exceeded our expectations. We were so lucky to stumble upon him and his property, and had the most amazing stay!
