Swanky Atlanta Apartment

This is a really awesome place to stay! The apartment is really nice and in an awesome part of town.

Clean and convenient

Location was close to the stadium. It was a very clean apartment.

Whats not in the description was that its an apartment building not in the greatest of neighborhoods. I would not go out after the sun goes down. You can hear the traffic on one side and the train on the other. What not in the description is this is on the 3rd floor in the 5th building. It has an elevator..... in the 1st building. I have back issue's and it was very difficult and although it was clean. Had I known it was the 3rd floor, I would not have rented it.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und alles hat funktioniert. Waschmaschine, Küche, TV, Gym - alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wer keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel scheut, der findet eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und die SBahn sieben Minuten entfernt. Zudem gibt es ein paar wirklich schöne Restaurants im direkten Umfeld. Innerhalb von 15min ist man mitten in Downtown und kann von da aus die ganze Stadt erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief problemlos und es war immer jemand erreichbar oder hat sofort geschrieben - Top!

Die Lage wird nicht jedem gefallen bzw. man muss den Charme der Gegend annehmen können und mögen. Hier ist nicht die heile Touristenwelt vor der Tür, sondern das echte Leben. Bedeutet, man trifft auch mal auf Obdachlose, Drogensüchtige, die Zuggleise sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (auf wenn man die Züge nicht laut hört, man sieht sie) und die Straßen/Bürgersteige sind teils vermüllt. Mich hat das alles nicht gestört. Was etwas umständlich war, war die Tatsache, dass es keinen einzigen Supermarkt o. ä. in der Nähe gibt, um mal eine Flasche Wasser zu kaufen.

It was as so clean and beautiful. Tastefully decorated! Large screen TV’s The best was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in a long time. The view was great and it was in such a great accessible spot by the Mercedes Benz Stadium

It was a little confusing at first with the levels and numbers but it’s a beautiful old historic building so it wasn’t unusual. Pretty easy once you figure out the parking and what gates to go through.

I liked the location. I could easily walk to attractions such as the aquarium and world of coca cola. It was also near several restaurants. And you could rideshare to other locations for a decent price.

The bedroom door didn't close all the way. The apartment was street facing so it could be a little noisy and the street lights shining through the window makes it less than ideal for a light sleeper.
