Swanky Atlanta Apartment

The place was very nice and clean. The host was amazing. She was available and answered any questions I had. She was very helpful.

The only thing I would say is someone left trash near the stairwell as you walk down that smelled so bad and it was there the whole stay but I don’t believe that had anything to do with my host.

The apartment inside was very clean and comfortable.

The outside areas, hallways were extremely dirty. There was dog pee and poop all over. There was very bad communication regarding parking. Misleading. We parked where instructed but it was t clear that it was a paid parking spot. Our car got booted and we had to pay $75 to get it removed. The listing says free parking on site and because of that we assumed that once we have access to the fob to get to the parking we would be all set. This was very disappointing.

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, equipped with shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products and dishwasher & washer/dryer

I wouldn’t say that we disliked anything about the apartment and one should be aware that the bed ist relatively small (queen size) for 2 people to sleep in it. :-)
