Swanky Atlanta Apartment

The apartment was very clean and spacious, it was close to downtown, and there was free parking.

The street was a little noisy, and I didn't want to walk by myself at night to the apartment. But the complex itself felt secure and safe.

The staff was so extremely helpful and nice. When I checked in she stayed on the phone with me the entire time from the gate to my room. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with!

The apartment was definitely not up to standards! There were press on nails left on the living room carpet, food under the couch, hair everywhere, clothes left by the dryer in the floor, garbage in the floor, and weed on the countertops. It’s very disturbing to come into a unit that you paid for early check in and cleaning fees just to have to go purchase cleaning supplies and wipe down everything

Super easy to check in and set up. The location was pretty central for what we needed with being within 10-20 mins of everything we needed. The apartment was well decorated with all the necessities. Dog park next to the apartment was very helpful.

Overall the apartment complex was safe due to gated parking but was a little dirty and rough. It didn’t take away from our experience.

I loved this place. It was perfect for my friends and I. It was walking distance from the State Farm arena for our concert. We were very happy with this place

I don’t really have any complaints. I guess paid parking kinda sucks. There is free street parking but it was hard to find a spot

They set up of the home it was clean.

The location not no where to really park and then you had to pay daily just to park in complex and the air conditioning wasn’t working

I loved everything about this apartment! It was clean and convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Brilliant and very comfortable apartment!! Plus, a great and fun type of game to get into the apartment with superb instructions when check-in time had arrived.

If stairs are an issue, then this won’t be good, as it’s on the 3rd level.

No breakfast served. The location was absolutely gorgeous. Even being in the downtown area it was quiet and peaceful
