Swanky Atlanta Apartment

Spacious apartment in an okay location that is close to the Mercedes Benz arena. The neighbors were quiet, communication with the host and the check-in process went smoothly. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay. Parking within the community is gated and should be paid for separately. Big thanks to the host for the helpful recommendations. Water pressure in the bathroom was good. There’s a free on-street parking if you don’t want to pay $16/night for the gated parking.

Things to consider: cleaning could use more attention. While the bed linens and towels were fine, the apartment itself was quite dusty. The coffee table had crumbs left on it, the TV had handprints, and the air vents were dirty and in need of cleaning, as they were spreading dust throughout the apartment. You can also clearly see that dust sitting on the window blinds. All the light switches were dirty and sticky—we had to wipe them down ourselves before using them. Overall, the place would benefit from a good deep cleaning service.

Apartment was clean and nice when we arrived.

The instructions were unclear on how to get in. Owner never sent instructions or code for entry until I texted their number after arrival. Area wasn't great as there were homeless people sleeping across the street out of our window. Overall decent for what it was.

I had absolutely no problems with this place at all. The pictures on the booking page matched the apartment we got. Everything was clean and we felt really comfortable here. The host also allowed us to check in early to escape the harsh weather conditions.

Great all around quick response to any questions. Gated parking. At your expense. Way cheaper than surrounding area. Just like the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Cozy.

Wish I could of stayed longer.

Honestly I’m just happy the sheets were clean because nothing else was.. there was dust all over everything, the toilet was dirty, the walls were covered with marks and the door was broken off the last hinge we couldn’t shut the doors all the way, there was trash and homes less people all around the building and in the hallways passed out and so much trash..

The location was very misleading, it’s in a bad part of town, no free street parking available at all the whole time I was there, homeless people passed out at the entrance, dirty bathroom, dirty floorboards not sure what was actually cleaned because I took many photos of so much dirt.

Everything, it was nice, clean and cozy!

The property was super close to food spots and activities. It was also very spacious and quiet.

I thought everything was great!

The apartment was very roomy and clean and decorated very nice , and had everything we needed for our stay and was less than a 15 min walk to our concert at State Farm arena.
