Corporate Uptown Furnished Apartments

The location and view were exceptional.

Our car was left filthy and covered in debris from pressure washing on another floor of the garage. When contacting the property manager's they kept telling us, they would look into it, but never returned our calls. We followed all the rules completely even about where to park. Also, took three different calls to find out the specifics for our guest park. Springs were sticking up in one of the beds. Sofa bed was so loud and terrible, it would wake everyone in the house up. Furniture was not meant for sitting. Most of our free time was spent sitting on beds instead.

Lovely apartment with stunning views of the Charlotte skyline. Easily walkable. It felt like a safe area and there were multiple security features, making it a good option for female guests traveling alone. Comfortable beds. Very thorough instructions provided for checking in and use of key fobs, with several checks prior to and just after check-in to ensure no questions or issues.

Although it was a two bedroom apartment, we were only able to get one parking spot; not even daytime visitor parking was available on site. (There was nearby parking, but no guarantee of availability). There were also no paper towels provided in the kitchen. At this price point, there should have at least been a small starter roll.

I enjoyed the location. I also enjoyed the ease of access to the garage after the initial time. The separate bedrooms allowed for privacy. Nice spacious bathrooms were there as well. I enjoyed the view of the city and the ease of access to local restaurants.

The space had dog hair everywhere; on the couch, and in the bedroom on the bedding. There were additional spill stains on the couch and we were only able to gather in the bedroom door with the bar stools because there were no chairs in the room. The couch was very low and dirty. I am a 55 year old plus size cancer survivor with some back issues. Not being able to do anything but sit on the bed or the 1/2 bar stool was uncomfortable and made our stay less enjoyable. There were stains on the shower curtain when we arrived that I took pictures of and sent to the hosts as well.

Great stay in Uptown Charlotte. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with a particularly nice open kitchen and living area. The location is excellent — very convenient for walking around Uptown, with restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the building itself feels very safe and highly well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for a short business or leisure stay.
