The hotel is very well located, right by Lake Elementaita. It offers plenty of space, family-friendly games, and a playground for children. But most importantly, the staff were exceptional. The warmth and kindness of everyone truly added great value to the hotel, beautifully nestled by Lake Elementaita.

As of November 2025, the road leading to the hotel from the highway is a pebble and dirt track. I hope this road will be repaired, as it is on a slope and could be made less bumpy. I also recommend that the hotel plant trees on the large grassy area to provide more shade. This would add charm to the property and allow families to enjoy outdoor activities without being too hot under the scorching sun.

The food was good. Location is superb, right next to the lake. The staff are extremely friendly and the place is really beautiful to relax and unwind.

The Wifi especially in the rooms is not that reliable. However the staff informed us that they were doing an upgrade to the wifi hence my experience. Also if you love watching tv in the room, you may be disappointed. Ours was not working.
