Nice location

Unpretentious, basic place, rooms lack comfort and style. Only restaurant is like outdoors, with no fireplace or heaters, too cold in the evening.

The room is quite spacious, situated in front of the lake, very nice view. staff are formidable, very welcoming and friendly, including the restaurant ones.

definitely would be the mosquitoes, despite having insect nets on the door, as soon as you open them, they fly in, the resort should consider having electric mosquito repellent instead of mosquito spray only.

Everything was good had a good stay the food, staff I would recommend this place at any given time

The location was close to the lake, really great scenic views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

During dinner, tables were booked by other organizations, resulting in us being forced to sit at the same table for dinner, lunch, and breakfast throughout our stay. This occurred despite our requests to be seated elsewhere or change tables.

The staff were very pleasant. Evans was very helpful to me from the day I checked in to check out day. Nzai made sure my dining experience was great. He personally made me the best African tea & brought it hot and fresh (I like good tea). The rooms were large with very good hot showers and amenities. Being just next to lake elementaita, the lake view from my room was refreshing. It was overall a very lovely place. I highly recommend....Good for groups, families, couples, solo travelers, etc.

The only thing I can think of not liking was the rough bumpy road leading to the hotel, but it's manageable though.
