I had an amazing stay at Sentrim! The staff were amazing, the food was delicious with an amazing choice, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing! I would absolutely recommend staying here! You will not regret it! Thank you James M, the hotel manager, Damaris, the amazing masseuse, Eric the chef, and shout out to Charles, Mary, Dominic and all the team!

The staff were friendly and tried to cater to all of our needs. The pool area was somewhat comfortable, albeit outdated. The food was delicious and the chefs were very helpful. The views were amazing.

The hotel took 2 hours to figure out why our room didn't have hot water. We had to abruptly repack all our things and hurried to another nearby room to unpack while the staff tried their best to quickly bring additional beds and blankets. The people at the pool were hesitant to give us 3 towels as a group of 3, and eventually gave them to us after we asked again. Our first room had dozens of bees flying around the balcony, keep that in mind for allergies.
