I like how helpful enock was, he was welcoming and easy to deal with so happy with he's service

I didn't like the fact that there was no Wi-fi and also the kitchen cabinet need maintenance and also the sliding doors we're not in a good condition they were hard to open

We had the best time during our stay; the only glitch was the communication and level of professionalism in terms of bookings. We were told our room was booked when it was not, as a result we were put in a different room for the first night (that did not have a stove) ... besides this everything was perfect ...... Top Teir

The dog situation at the place was not Pleasant as we had to constantly chase it away and check coast of its where abouts every time we went out of our Room

Rooms have all that's needed to be comfortable.

There is no mentainance done plants are over grown bathroom facilities rusted and not mentained.

The place was clean.

The stuff had an attitude towards me,they used a wrong name i had to spend more to locate the place. I couldn't collect my order at the gate because there was this big scary dog,tried to to tell the caretaker but he couldnt help instead he gave me attitude.

The way the property manager handles that accommodation is dogshit. I had to wait outside for half an hour just to get them to open the gate. All this whilst I emailed 12 hours before hand regarding the check in to which they did not respond. I highly recommend that no one go to this accommodation

We didn't get breakfast. Location was fine.

Shower was clogged, pool was green.
