BEWARE! We booked a 25sqm quadruple room with TV and air condition, when we arrived we've got told that our room is already taken. Instead we got a 12sqm triple room with a fan and no TV. Our offer that we are okay with that if they can at least offer us a better price was dismissed. We had to pay for the big comfortable room and got a ******* small one instead. 🙁

Location is superior, there is no lift and bathroom is quite occupied all the time.

Location was near to registan square and restaurants are also near by.

Room was conjusted and small no basic bacility inside room. Except hanger stand

Great place. Location is unbeatable. Across the road from Registan Square. Shakhruz is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Access to a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable but that seems to be standard everywhere

The location of the property is excellent . It is near Registan square. You can find an ATM just in front of the property . Many places to eat local food near by. The host is one of the best . Shahroz and his parents were there to answer our questions and they suggested so many great ideas to explore Samarkand . Shahroz speaks really well English so it makes it easier to communicate .
