Location

No AC in the rooms. In fact, there is only one AC in a guest room, that was unable to cool down that amount of space. Also quite nosy. The staff is very good and welcoming. Location is perfect.

Wonderful location and supporting staff. It’s a medrese that was renovated into a hostel. Absolutely immersive experience!

Since it’s so hot in Uzbekistan it’s better to have an AC in the rooms. There is a lack of it. At least they could organize a centralized cooling system. Anyway fan was working well and we enjoyed our stay.

Location, close to Registon. Clean. Shakhruz was helpful.

Perfect location. Nice and clean place

Even though I booked another night through booking, they declined me because they had planned a sanitary day. I had to look for another place last minute. It would be nice to update the availability on Booking to avoid such situations. When I was leaving, the reception staff only told me to put a good rating on Booking. No apologizes whatsoever. Also, the door was made of glass and the curtain wasn’t fully covering it - people could see the room from the corridor.

Staff is so kind and the location is unbeatable.

Shahrouz is very friendly and kind person who speaks very well English. Room was OK and restroom area was clean. Location is really good, easy to access everywhere.

Interesting place. In a nice historic building. Very much new with limited signage. Good location. No AC in the rooms which is tough in a place like Samarkand. Owner speaks French. His son (or staff member?) Was nice. Shower was decent.
