Central location and helpful receptionist

Dirty place and not water for 24h then no hot water We booked the place to enjoy the roof top but this was not safe as pieces of wood with nails where falling off. My wife got injured when she was cleaning the table upstairs and a wooden stick fell on her shoulder

The apartment was really clean. It’s a little out of town but is a quick taxi in.

There were no cleaning services and no staff when we arrived so we’re waiting for awhile to check in. Additionally there was construction next door which we were not made aware of and woke us up every morning

This lovely apartment was well-equipped with 2 decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had plates, utensils, and pots and pans. The private rooftop patio with a "hot" tub was beautiful. Unfortunately, we had a cold tub. Not too far from downtown Tulum but not in the thick of the action. A rental car is really helpful.

The wi-fi was nonexistent in the unit we stayed in. It showed on screen that the bill hadn't been paid, but we could never confirm. Also, one of the toilets didn't flush well.

Hotel and rooms were nice, but they could be cleaner

really everything. it was very quiet at night. safe and secure gated . Great restaurants with walking distance

this is a upcoming area in Tulum so there is a lot of construction going on all around. I doubt if you can find an area that doesnt have construction

The apartment looks great and the terrace is amazing. The pool was nice and the area around the hotel was fine and seemed safe. Parking under the building.

There was a constant problem with power outages. Sometimes we had no electricity for several hours. To make matters worse, when the electricity went out, there was no water, so we couldn't even use the toilet. I know this is not something they can change, but it made our stay rather unpleasant.

Good experience overall. Good facilities. Very nice and clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen and big living room. The rooftop was beatiful.

For an entire night the was neither electricity nor water. This is not hotel fault becaase it a major problem of the city of tulum. Howver this was a major problem. They suggested us a scooter rental that ended up scamming us. Asking us 70$ for a damage to the scooter we didn't made.

The condo was modern, the styling was pleasing and the staff were mostly friendly. There was a small common pool to cool off in and ample parking for cars.

There was no electricity for most of our stay there, which meant no running water, no flushing toilets, no air conditioning, no wifi and no way to cook food(electric stove). The condominium staff did nothing to make our stay more comfortable, not even offer a bucket of water to wash ourselves with when they knew that there was no running water. When we asked them to take some responsibility for the fact that we were staying in a condo with zero utilities they refused and simply said that it was a common, Tulum wide, problem and not the responsibility of the condominium. So they acknowledge that there are consistent power outages that completely effect the functionality of their condominium, but have made zero provisions for the very common occurrence. There is no backup generator(as the neighbors had), no reserve tanks of water(as is normal in areas with unsteady water supplies), and no forthright communication that the condo would very likely be without any utilities for a large portion of our stay.
