The male reception is the only positive point for this place.

Completely neglected apartments With little maintenance. Plus a new construction of a new building is taking place next door with terrible noise.

Flat with a lot of space, gym and in a nice residential area. Ulises and Carolina were very helpful and guide us booking taxi and activities as well as car rental.

There was a lot of noise because of a construction right next to the hotel. There was also a bit of a damp smell. It was a bit remote from the nice beach and restaurant area

There was building work on when we arrived so the hosts moved us to the nearby Santal apartments which were lovely

very comfortable and spacious

location can be a bit difficult to find.

The Gym

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms and it was beautiful. The rooftop was amazing. We would have spent much more time up there if the construction wasn't happening. Great water pressure, and it had everything we needed if we wanted to cook.

The water pressure was SO good that it literally blew the shower head off and flooded the bathroom. We stayed during low season, so maybe our place didn't have the finishing touches yet. The couch and rug were a bit dirty and some of the walls had scuffs on them.

The Penthouse was spectacular. Large space, two bathrooms, kitchen, two balconies, and the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Anastacia - she went above and beyond with everything. The penthouse was spotlessly clean and air conditioning in each room was super. Lots of nice restaurants, spa. pharmacy and grocery store nearby. The town center is a 5-minute cycle away. I would definitely return - great value for money.

There is a lot of construction happening at the moment just behind the property. The noise begins at 9am and is very loud when on the balcony or terrace. There was also a broken door on the terrace - nothing that would stop me returning though.

Cleaningness, and the vibe of the place

Mirrors only in the bathroom Which was enough but I'd love to have a full body mirror. This.place is perfect to go during daytime and return to sleep at night. At the moment a lot of construction happening in the arounds so it's noisy on weekdays. It didn't bother me much but I noticed it when I returned after lunch or something.
