Nice, modern, very aesthetically pleasing apartment. The beds are large and comfortable, with dark curtains in the bedrooms. The communication is excellent - we feel like the staff went above and beyond to assist us with travel accommodations!! The patio over the pool area is very relaxing and very beautiful with trees and beautiful flowers!

The main bedroom bathroom doesn't work - water does not come out of the sink or shower, so cannot be used as a main or second bathroom.

Great Location inside a gated community at Aldea Zama area. Room as spacious and ready to be used, kitchet with all appliances working. Rooftop was amazing!!

Water pressure was very low.

"It was ok for the price!"

It was peaceful and quiet. We had the penthoise

I didn't like that the water in the first bathroom never worked. So my children couldn't use the sink, toilet or shower. Then one of the days we had no water due to a bust pipe.which they fix but water pressure very low. The hot tub started making this loud noise for days. Never got fixed.

"lovely apartments"

the apartments were beautiful, beds very comfortable

the pool wasn’t that clean and it was quite a far walk into tulum town. i would defo recommend hiring a car or bike
