"Fotos did not hold the promise of what we expected"

We booked an apartment because we liked the style that we saw on the fotos and the location in Aldea Zama. We have stayed in this area before and like it because it is close to town and not far away from the beach without having to use any gravel roads.

The maintenance of the apartments is not good at all. The showers need to be decalcified. Doors are banging from the wind and cannot be closed. The rooftop has seen its best time and would need a renovation. The hanger for the towels was coming off and the water boiler was leaking. In the kitchen there were no decent appliances. No salad bowl, only low quality cutlery and cutting knives. Not good for anybody who wants to stay in and cook. At night it was often quite loud because of the dogs barking, cars driving by and neighbours partying. It's really a pity what bad materials and bad maintenance can have as an effect on a flat that looks nice on the fotos. We will not come back.

Super host at the front desk! Friendly and helpful! Beautiful decorated apartment. Lots of space and comfortable beds!

Could be a little cleaner. We found a cigarette butt in one of the shares and the pool seemed clean enough but I didn’t see anyone clean it while we were there. The kitchen could use a few more supplies to cook!

good place to stay. needs a little more cleaning and they gotta fix some stuff for sure but overall a nice stay.

I wouldn’t call it Luxury stay… yet! it has a little bit of way to become one but definitely on the way…

Beautiful apartment. Clean and luxurious. We loved the private rooftop. The front desk staff were really friendly and gave us some amazing recommendations.

Depending on what you’re looking for, the location isn’t perfect. It’s definitely still a good spot, but it’s a bit further away from the main street, bars, and street food. There are restaurants close by but they’re way more expensive/boujee than those near the main street. No complaints as we knew this before booking!
