Breakast was nice rooms were clean

Exposed wiring (Had electric shock) Room wasnt ready and had to move Shower wasnt hot

The people running the hotel are incredibly helpful and looked after us. The breakfast was simple but nice. There was plenty of hot water for a good shower. The owner was helpful organising tuk tuks to the centre. The hotel is very peaceful and the pool looked nice although we didn’t use it.

The hotel is 15/20 mins from the centre and it isn’t possible to walk during the wet season as the roads flood. This means getting a tuk tuk each way - you will need data on your phone to show tuk tuk drivers as they aren’t familiar with this hotel. Beds are very firm.

The views from the hotel and the pool are quite something. People are very friendly and always willing to help you. From booking tours around the region to purchasing train tickets.

lovely staff. my foodpanda wasn’t working so the lovely receptionist let me use his phone to order my food.

quite afew bugs in the room. handed clothes in for laundry and all my whites came back brown

Rooms were large with decent bathrooms

Unsure why it’s rated so highly. We had ants everywhere in the 2 rooms we were given. Location is far out from the main strip so unless you’re comfortable riding a scooter it’s not worth it. No atmosphere or vibe here at all and staff are impossible to find and there’s a strong language barrier so hard to communicate once you do find them. We ended up leaving after 1 night (they charged us for 2 as well) and stayed in Jasmine Guesthouse which was lovely and great location .
