The property was very calm and comfortable. They went above and beyond to help us with renting a bike and airport transfer. It was very clean.

The property itself is very clean , the staff jen is very helpful to us. The only issue that we have that it was a shared bathroom and toilet . We just realised it very late when we checked for the facilities . The shared bathroom was written in facilities but not said on the room that you booked. When booking , it just said private room and not even noted if it’s private bathroom or shared . You will only see the shared bathroom under facilities which is a bit tricky . I hope they will change their description in the room reservation and put it that it’s a shared bathroom. We spoke to one guests as well and they have they same issue, they thought that it’s a private bathroom . Despite of this issue our stay with Arab is marvellous . Than you very much

Photos are true to life and you get what you paid for. Very clean room, toilets, and shared spaces. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still near to everything.

De kamer is heel schoon, alles is erg goed verzorgd en het bed ligt goed. Fijn dat er altijd water beschikbaar was in de keuken. Jenny is heel aardig en lief, ook altijd aanspreekbaar. Araw is zeker een aanrader!

Het is niet duidelijk vermeld dat er sprake is van een gedeelde badkamer. Wij hebben teruggezocht en in de beschrijving en op de foto’s is dit ook niet te zien/lijkt het juist wel op een eigen badkamer. Het zou misschien handig zijn als dit beter wordt vermeld. Araw ligt in een fijne, rustige wijk. Wel wat verder voor alle restaurantjes / barren van General Luna, maar voor ons prima.
